Local Commerce
Being a neighbourhood shop doesn't stop you from selling online. The key is to add channels: let your regular customers order from home and let new ones find you online.
TusChurritos.com: churros delivered since 2015
In 2015 I founded TusChurritos.com, a service that lets churro shops sell for home delivery. The shop focuses on what it does best, making churros, and TusChurritos.com makes sure they reach the customer's door.
During covid, with premises closed or under restrictions, home delivery was a lifeline for some churro shops: thanks to it they were able to stay open and keep serving their customers.

I also share what I've learned in training sessions and workshops for shops and SMEs, such as the Impulsa! course with FEM Coliving in the Ripollès or the digitalisation days at the Chambers of Commerce of Zaragoza and Terrassa.
