Hello, world!

I'm JC, and I work in marketing, ecommerce and local commerce.

Through my consulting services, I have contributed to the growth of small businesses, local commerce, and large multinationals through effective digital strategies that increase online revenue.

And as a trainer, I have taught hundreds of entrepreneurs and professionals in digital marketing and e-commerce, helping them adapt to the digital world.

Methodology

There is no magic or secret formula. All businesses can sell online in a profitable and compatible way with the rest of sales channels. My 4-step method summarizes in:

FAILING TO PLAN IS PLANNING TO FAIL

Methodology
1

Customer-centric

The budget for acquiring customers is not infinite. So let's think about who our customer is and what they are looking for, to prioritize them in our plan.

2

Process planning

Selling online is scalable... if our processes allow it. It's not about reinventing the wheel, but doing what our competitors probably already do... and then doing it better.

3

Results prioritization

Perfection is the enemy of good. We can make 1.000 improvements in our online store, so let's choose the ones that will give us the highest cash flow at the beginning.

4

Value proposition review

Your products are sold by many more stores just a click away. So how do we make customers choose us?.

Marketing Director

More than 50 TV ads in brands like Just Eat, Media Markt or Verse, the TV ad is just a result of the Marketing plan. The merge of 2 brands (Just Eat and La Nevera Roja, main food delivery companies in Spain) or a No-TAX-Day, require months of planning in order to achieve historical results.

Ecommerce Director

From selling churros online, to delivering Lladró porcelain pieces from Valencia to China by WeChat, my passion leads me to ask myself what can't be sold through digital channels. With a good strategy, there are no limits!

Business Schools

Teaching

More than 10 years training C-level executives and students in important Spanish business schools such as The Valley, ISDI, EADA, ESADE, and ENAE. My confession is that, during the process, I have also learned from them. More than 2.000 people during more than 100 classes of Marketing and E-commerce. Watching the growth of this number of professionals is an indescribable pride, as I see profiles that start from a lack of knowledge in the subjects make marketing and sales plans... (and if they don't pass the final project, they're not my students!). To all of them I owe a debt of gratitude for being awarded the Best Teacher Award at The Valley several times. See you at the next one?
